Above is a sample program similar to the one I follow.  I train instinctively, depending on how my body is feeling.  I also prioritize my training accordingly for weaknesses.  This winter my main focus will be improving my legs and chest, which in return will help balance my overall physique.

Measurements: arms 15",  legs 23",  waist 26",  chest 37",  calves 16"
